Reservation Policy
Respectfully, Kensei does not accept reservations for children under 10 years old for dinner services. We appreciate your understanding.
We cannot guarantee your reservation in any specific area of our restaurant, whether indoor or outdoor.
Please inform us in advance of any allergies.
For disabled access, please contact us in advance, as entry will need to be through the Bahía del Duque Hotel entrance.
Cancellation Policy
If credit card details are required for certain bookings, we will NOT take any money from your account unless you fail to arrive for your reservation or fail to cancel your booking, giving us at least 6 hours notice to refill the seats. In this case a fee of 20€ for daytime and 30€ for nighttime per person will be charged.

Please arrive on time as, due to high demand, we can only hold your table for 15 minutes before releasing it if we are not informed of a delay.
